You could have it like, a bulletin board where the bounties are posted and which members are currently staying there.

A message came into the Bounty Hunter apparent HQ. The Lady of Geonosis was in holo form.
"Pack it boys, and move it to Manaan Or Hypori, Geonosis . From their, you shall learn of your first mision. Lady Out." Arlyn disappeared, as the message was routed to 4-LOM.

I wish to post a bounty and this seemed the most appropriate place to put it. I do not expect you to be able to find anything because it has been a long, long time since I have seen or heard from him.
The man I want you to look for escaped from Kessel prison approximately twenty years ago. After this he disappeared. I want you to find out if he is dead or alive. If he is alive I would like you to bring him to me on Coruscant. I am staying at this address. I will pay 10,000 credits for information concerning his whereabouts and 20,000 credits for you to bring him to me.
The man's name is James Vita. He was born on Coruscant about forty years ago. I don't have a picture of him as I have not seen him since he was seventeen years old.
